About the position

This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting at least 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant at Axfood IT. There is a possibility for extension of the assignment.

Job responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible together with your colleagues for the rollout and updating of Axfood's IT environment in the stores. During the initial period of the assignment, the team will work on replacing physical servers in the stores, where your responsibility will be to follow up on the work and ensure that the systems start and function as planned.

You will work with stores across the country and have a lot of contact with both on-site technicians and store staff in your daily work. In connection with the server replacements, you will need to inform the stores about what is happening, guide them through the process, and follow up on any questions or discrepancies. The role involves a lot of contact via phone and digital channels, making it important that you are communicative and comfortable with many points of contact.

After the initial period, the work will transition to updating systems in the store environment. The working hours are primarily during office hours, but during certain periods, early mornings may occur to ensure that the stores can start operations as planned. Furthermore, you will be based five days a week at Axfood's office at Torsplan.

Education, experience, and personal qualities

  • Completed upper secondary education, IT education is an advantage.

  • An interest in IT.

  • Experience in a service-oriented role.

  • Experience working in a grocery store is an advantage.

  • You express yourself well in spoken and written Swedish.

In this role, you provide support both via phone and email, and you feel comfortable reaching out and communicating with new people.
